This appointment can be used however you see fit, from physical appointments for treatments (neuromuscular therapy, sports massage), altitude (co2/breathing) training, to corrective exercise and performance training, or a mixture.

It can also be used for online consults via zoom etc and will include some ability for follow up emails to confirm points discussed.

A block booking in naturally cheaper, but this option is available for one-off or irregular appointments.
