Health Consultancy covering a broad range of topics. Exercise, Nutrition, Psychology, Biopsychology, Endocrinology etc - If you are unsure where to start, having read my book, and article so you have an idea of my theories, it may be wise to complete and submit a health questionnaire. From this I draw up a short report on the four priority areas.
From this you can consider my response and either implement changes, or book a further appointment to discuss the issues in which we would debate the various issues and strategies to improve outcomes.
After booking you will be sent a link to the questionnaire which can either be scanned and emailed back, or posted.
