Is it right that we run and hide from certain food groups? Sure I know the argument exists that "we aren't designed to eat certain food" blah blah blah, and I've been there, systematically eradicating various foods which results in a decrease in symptoms for a period. I've tried everything, from avoiding foods that irritate my blood group, filling in a questionnaire and then removing the suggested foods (surely the greatest psychosomatic tool ever). I gradually removed all the trigger foods from my diet until I was left with just grass fed meat and vegetable. Guess what happened next? They became trigger foods.
