Allegedly he stands 5’11” (1.80 m) tall and weighs 158 lbs (71.8 kg) so he's certainly very lean which dispells the myth that women want muscular freaks that can barely squeeze through a door, unless of course its his money they want? Surely not!!
You have to remember that its his job to look and perform well, he's hardly likely to indulge in a krispy kreme donut at work like many of you do. His physical fitness is his job, not a sideline for when he clocks off from the office. To get the look your body has to become your job.
Now that doesn't mean resigning from your current job, but it does mean taking yourself a little more seriously, planning your meals to make them nutritious and well spaced throughout the day, staying hydrated, making sure that when you do train, its a cleverly designed weight training and flexibility routine. However, do not, I repeat, do not forget the nutrition.
When he joined Real Madrid it seems they had him doing some heavy training which bulked him up quite a bit. This resulted in less athleticism, less flexibility and generally a slower more injury prone player.
Now rumored to be back working on total body exercises, with compound movements aimed at keeping him agile and lean. If your days work included modeling underwear you'd make sure you stuck to the plan wouldn't you? Their are two problems that most people have when it comes to getting the body they desire, the first is lack of information, or bad information. I talk about it all the time on my blog, people think they need to run, do zumba, and cut back on their calories. One month in they crack and go back to their old ways. The second reason is that most people just aren't willing to put in the effort that is required to take your body from average to jaw-dropping. The two are linked, if you had the correct information, it wouldn't be such a hardship to stick with the plan.
Do you think Beckham lives on lettuce (maybe his wife did at one point), trains excessivly, and cuts out all fats? The answer is no he doesn't, if he did he wouldn't still be playing or getting paid to sit in his pants.
If you want to bend the rules like Beckham, to be like the models, the one and only hollywood actor, the handful of premiership footballers, and the many many normal people I've helped achieve the look and health they desire, all while bending the accepted rules of health and fitness, get in touch.
