Every individual I see is different and is responding individually to their unique environment and diet. So you can imagine my horror when someone asks me to "write them a diet" without actually letting me assess anything.
I usually only get consulted when illness, sickness, and disease appear, until that point people assume they know how to look after themselves and think its all about watching their intake of calories and fat!! Degeneration isn't a naturally how we have to live our lives. Ask any of my clients who have successfully regenerated themselves from disease and illness solely by treating the body in a way it is designed to handle, giving it foods that are biologically correct for it. Living, moving, being pain and disease free isn't a lottery.
Every disease or injury we get is a direct result of our own actions. Thats not to say you chose it, you just didn't have the options because modern mainstream medicine doesn't really give you the full picture with regard to health. When we lack the nutrients we need to stay healthy the body slowly starts to degenerate, the fact that it doesn't happen over night allows us to blunder on unaware of the chaos we are causing internally. A degenerating body becomes host to all sorts of bacteria, fungus and much much more, that feeds on. A degenerating rotting mass of waste attracts rats and bacteria, the reason? It clears it up and its the same for the human body, bacteria is eating away at our slowly degenerating body. Its a recycling process!!
Modern medicine and many other therapies attempts to kill the kill the bacteria, fungus and other microbes with medical drugs such as antibiotics or other such methods. Sadly this just masks over the problem. If you found someone scrubbing graffiti of a wall you wouldn't blame them for defacing it originally would you? The bacteria is just performing its job and your internal terrain is all down to your personal choices. If you leave sugar on your kitchen work-top you may attract ants, are you going to keep killing ants or remove the sugar? Its not rocket science is it.
Approximately 10,000,000,000,000 (10 trillion) cells make up our bodies and they continually regenerate. They new ones you form are a product of your diet and lifestyle so its no wonder we degenerate when you consider the average processed diet.
We have an optimal:
- body temperature.
- pH (blood, urine, and saliva)
- chemical balance
- digestion
- overall body chemistry
My job is to work out this health formula for every single client that seeks my help and then teach them how to read themselves.
