Over the last 7 weeks I've gradually removed all the heel risers and am now in as neutral position as the boot will allow. With just over a week until I'm back in 2 shoes I've been loosening the straps a little to allow more movement. I'm that close to being free to rehab using bare feet that I felt its time to push myself a little more.
This time next week I should know just how well I have recovered and if my super nutrition has really paid of.
