My blood INR has peaked at 3.2 (supposed to be between 2 and 3) so I'm dropping my medication down by 1 mg from Friday. Hopefully it will just bring me back in line and not cause a big drop before my next test.
The Achilles is feeling good and I'm happy with my progress minus the heel lifts. I am suffering a little tenderness in my left knee, considering my sudden mobility its not unusual though. I'm only just over a week away from being at "two shoes" status again.
