So, at 9am I was able to eat breakfast and relax (do a little work on some dietary analysis). Am now on the list for tomorrow so will keep my fingers crossed that no major traumas occur. Overall I'm super impressed with them for doing all they can to fit me in. Think they know how much I'll work at rehabbing myself both through nutrition and strengthening/flexibility work.
Craving a ride on the Pidcock Montesa really badly but am hoping to go and watch my dad ride it this weekend. Listening to a really great podcast on sugar as a protective mechanism.
